1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customised or altered products (stitched blouses, tailored items)
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the buyer
• Intimate wear or items marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at pallaviclothstores.web@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within the 14-day return window.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at pallaviclothstores.web@gmail.com.
