Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within the 14-day return window.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
